I am a certified 3rd Age Woman Peri-to-Post Menopause practitioner, which means I have specialist knowledge and training in helping women manage the symptoms of menopause through exercise and lifestyle changes.

Menopause can bring a range of symptoms including hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain, joint pain and fatigue. These symptoms can have a significant impact on your quality of life, but the good news is that regular exercise and the right lifestyle changes can help to manage many of these symptoms.

I offer one-to-one menopause consultations where we will discuss your symptoms, your current lifestyle and your goals. From there, I will create a personalised plan to help you manage your symptoms and improve your overall wellbeing.

I will create a personalised exercise programme that takes into account your symptoms, your fitness level and your goals. This may include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility work and relaxation techniques.
