I offer a range of online training options, including one-to-one sessions, group sessions and couples sessions, all delivered via Zoom or FaceTime. Online sessions are ideal for those with busy schedules, frequent travellers, or parents who can't easily get to a gym or park.
Don't be fooled into thinking that online training is less effective than in-person training. I will push you just as hard in an online session as I would in person, and you will get the same great results.
