I hold a Diploma in Advanced Optimum Nutritional Therapy, which means I can offer you expert advice on nutrition to complement your training and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Good nutrition is fundamental to achieving your fitness goals, whether that's losing weight, building muscle, improving your energy levels or simply feeling better about yourself. I will help you understand the basics of nutrition and how to make better food choices.

I take a pragmatic, sustainable approach to nutrition. I don't believe in fad diets or quick fixes. Instead, I will work with you to create a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and that you can stick to in the long term.

Nutrition advice can be offered as a standalone service or as part of a personal training package. Either way, you will receive a personalised nutrition plan based on your goals, your lifestyle and your food preferences.
