I specialise in pre and postnatal training and hold qualifications in both pre and postnatal exercise. I have a passion for helping women to stay active and healthy throughout their pregnancy and to recover after birth.
Exercise during pregnancy has many benefits, including improved mood, better sleep, reduced back pain and a faster recovery after birth. I will create a personalised training plan based on your fitness level and stage of pregnancy, ensuring that you and your baby are safe at all times.
After giving birth, it's important to ease back into exercise gradually. I will work with you to create a postnatal training plan that takes into account your recovery, any complications you may have had, and your overall fitness level.
I hold advanced qualifications in postnatal training from Jenny Burrell's education programme, which is widely regarded as the gold standard in postnatal fitness education. This means I can offer you the very best advice and guidance on returning to exercise after having a baby.
